The Bermuda 50 dollars is part of the family of notes issued in 2000. This particular note has a low serial number and is graded 65 by the Paper Money Guaranty. The banknotes front features the Commissioners House building on its center and waves design on its left. On the right is a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II wearing a tiara and royal family order of King George VI. A turtle as well as a holographic sailing ship is also notable. The back of this 140 x 68 mm paper note depicts three scuba divers as they explore the Santa Lucia shipwreck. A map, a compass rose, and the nations Coat of Arms can also be found. The banknotes windowed security thread has a demetallized BERMUDA 50. Furthermore, this note has the signatures of Bermuda Monetary Authority Chairwoman Cheryl-Anne Lister and Deputy Chairman Darren Johnston. It also has a Tuna fish image on its watermark.
