This coin set from the East Caribbean States is composed of six standard circulation coins in mint condition. These coins are the 1 cent, 2 cents, 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, and 1 dollar. These coins all bear the second portrait of Queen Elizabeth II engraved by Arnold Machin on one side. The aluminum coins (1 cent, 2 cents, 5 cents) all show the face value of the coin flanked by palm tree fronds on the other side. The copper-nickel coins (10 cents, 25 cents, 1 dollar) all feature the face value of the coin and the Golden Hind, the ship of Sir Francis Drake, engraved by Thomas Humphrey Paget on the other side of the coin. The coin set comes in a booklet from the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank that features local birds, a short description of each East Caribbean State, and the technical specifications of each coin.
