Guinea 5,000 Francs Banknote, 2010, P-44a, UNC, Commemorative, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

This Guinea 5,000 Francs banknote from the 2010 series was released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Guinean currency. Its obverse side bears a portrait of a woman along with the 50th-anniversary logo and the national emblem. On the reverse are the Kinkon dam in the city of Pita and a traditional mask. The note measures 151 x 76 mm and is equipped with a windowed security thread with demetalized GNF 5000 to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would reflect a watermark image of a woman, electrotype RG, and Cornerstones.
