This uncirculated 500 Iraqi dinar banknote is a standard circulation note that is dated 2004 (AH 1425) and signed by Bank Governor Sinan Al Shibeebi. It is a green and blue note that is issued by the Coalition Provisional Authority and measures 142 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side depicts the Dukan Dam on the Lesser Zab River in the Sulaiman Governorate. Its reverse side portrays the winged bull statue from the Palace of Khorsabad in Dur-Sharrukin and an Assyrian priest. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized Arabic text and a horsehead watermark.
