It also shows a pre-Christian geometric design and an excerpt from Tain, an early Irish literature which is also known as the Irish Iliad. The back of this 148 x 78 mm paper money displays an excerpt from the Book of the Dun Cow, a fantasy novel in the 12th century. This banknote has a solid security thread. Signed by Doyle and Cromien, the banknote has a portrait of the famous Irish painter Lady Lavery. Furthermore, it is graded PMG 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
