This Remda banknote set comes with 3 pieces of notgeld banknotes in 20, 30, and 50 pfennig denominations. These banknotes were issued in 1921 by the City of Remda in Thuringia, Germany. Featured on their obverse is the coat of arms of Remda and the denomination. The reverse of the 20-pfennig note depicts a church while the 30-pfennigs features an image of Remba. The 50-pfennig displays the Count of Gleichen with his two wives and the Ehrenstein Castle. These emergency banknotes are 102 x 68 mm in size and are in uncirculated condition.
