This uncirculated 2,000 Zaire note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Zaire. It is a red note that is dated 1 October 1991, bears the signature of Bank Governor John Gualberto Nyembo Shabani, and measures 123 mm x 58 mm. Its obverse side features a leopard and Mobutu Sese Seko in military uniform. Its reverse side shows men on a platform fishing with nets, a carving of a seated woman, and the bank initials. Security features include a solid security thread with printed REPUBLIQUE DU ZAIRE and a watermark of Mobutu Sese Seko.
