The Afghanistan 500 Afghani banknote is part of the 1991 series issued with the coat of arms. This particular paper bill comes in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. The obverse of the note features men riding on horses playing the countrys national sport Buzkashi. On its reverse is the Bala Hissar or the High Fortress situated in Kabul. This 150 x 66 mm paper banknote has a solid security thread.
