Algeria 100 Dinars Banknote from 1992 with pick number P-137a is in uncirculated (UNC) condition and features Algerian soldiers.


The 100 Algerian Dinar Banknote from 1992 depicts the Battle of El Harrach in 1775. Its obverse side features Algerian soldiers with shields and spears, and horseback riding guards holding a Saber Sword. The reverse side features an ancient galley on the center, and two Algerian soldiers riding a horse on the right. The note is 130 70 mm in size and contains a Windowed security thread with demetalized Arabic text to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would show a watermark image of a Gazelle head pattern.
