This uncirculated 2,000 Dinars Algeria note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Algeria. It is a greenish-blue and brown note that is dated 2011, bear the signatures of Salah Eddine Taleb and Rosthom Fadhli, and measures 160 x 71.7 mm. Its obverse side features a university professor lecturing students in an amphitheater, a satellite, a double-helix DNA strand, and three researchers in a scientific laboratory with a microscope and beakers. Its reverse side shows wheat, a palm tree, a body of water, urban high-rise buildings, an olive tree, and a 13-mm wide LEAD holographic stripe. Security features include a windowed security thread with bank name in demetalized arabic text, and a watermark of Emir Abdelkader pattern.
