The Algeria 20 Dinar banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 1983. This specific note is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. The front of the note bears metal handcrafts, a large vase, and a portico. On its reverse is a man with a shield riding on a horse. It also features the tower in Beni Hammad fort and ancient writing. Though this 130 x 61 mm paper banknote has no security thread, it has an Abd al-Qadir pattern as its watermark and signed by Hamed and the former Bank of Algeria governor Bader-Eddine Nouioua.
