Algeria 20 Dinars Banknote from 1983 has a pick number P-133a.1, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition, and features a tower in Beni Hammad Fort.


Unlike previous issues, the Algeria 20 Dinar banknote issued in 1983 comes with entirely Arabic texts rather than with French. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition. On its obverse, a large jug or vase can be found. Metal handcrafts as well as a portico are also displayed. The reverse of the note depicts a man with a shield, riding on a horse. Centered on the reverse is a tower found in Beri Hammad fort and on the right part is an ancient writing. Security features of this note include military commander Abd al-Qadir pattern watermark and signatures of Hamid and Nouioua. The banknote is 130 x 61 mm in size.
