Algeria 500 Dinar Banknote, 2018, P-NEW, UNC, TAP 60 - 70 Authenticated

The Algeria 500 Dinar banknote was introduced in 2018 with a Science and Technology theme. This particular note is TAP authenticated. The obverse side of the note features the Alcomsat I satellite and earth. On the back of the banknote is a satellite dish. The outline map of Algeria, as well as an automobile bridge, is also shown. The security features of this 150 x 71.7 mm paper note include a holographic stripe with heads of the Emir Abdelkader and Numidian King Jugurtha. Furthermore, it has a green windowed security thread with a demetallized 500. Its watermarks consist of the Emir Abdelkader and an electrotype 500 pattern.
