This uncirculated 50 Angolan escudo note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Angola. It is a violet and brown note that is dated 10 June 1973, bear the signatures of Antonio Teixeira de Sousa and Mario Angelo Morais Oliveira, and measures 136 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features a coat of arms, poet Luis de Camoes in armor wearing a crown of laurels, holding a quill and book. Its reverse side shows the coffea robusta plant (robusta coffee).
