Reviews:

This 1,000 Argentinian peso banknote is part of the undated notes issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina from 1976 to 1983. This uncirculated brown note measures 155 mm by 75 mm. It was printed by Casa de Moneda de la Nacion and demonetized in 1984. Its front side features Jose de Martin, the Argentine soldier who led the revolutions against Spanish rule in Argentina, Chile, and Peru. Its reverse side shows a brown obelisk, the coat of arms of Argentina, and the Casa Rosada (Pink House) on Plaza de Mayo (May Square) in Buenos Aires. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a sunburst watermark. The note is also signed by Central Bank General Manager Pedro Camilio Lopez and President Adolfo Cesar Diz.
