The Argentina 1 Peso banknote is part of the banknote series issued in 1983. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. The obverse depicts olive branches and a portrait of Jose de San Martin who was the El Libertador of Argentina, Peru, and Chile. Centered on the banknotes reverse is a scenery backdropped with mountains, depicting the Llao Llao Hotel, trees, and boats on Nahuel Huapi Lake in Bariloche. Olive branches as well as the countrys Coat of Arms are shown. This 155 x 75 mm paper bill has a watermark which consists of a sunburst pattern.
