Argentina 10 Pesos Banknote, 2003 ND, P-354b, UNC

This 10 Argentinian peso banknote is part of the family of banknotes that do not have CONVERTIBLES DE CURSO LEGAL printed the obverse side, indicating that these notes are no longer fully backed by US dollars. This notes obverse side highlights the libertadore Manuel Belgrano, with an excerpt of his 1812 report to the government of the United Provinces of the Rio de la Plata and the La Patria Abanderada sculpture in the background. The reverse side depicts the view of the Monumento a la Bandera in Rosario, a tribute to Pedro Riosa drummer boy who died at the Battle of Tacuarirepresented through a snare drum and laurels, and Argentinas coat of arms.
