The Argentina 10 Peso banknote is part of the 2012 banknote series. This paper bill has been given a grade of 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Its obverse side features the La Patria Abanderada which is a sculpture by Alfredo Bigatti at the Monumento a la Bandera. The front of the note also displays the creator of the Argentine flag Manuel Belgrano as well as his 1812 report to the government of the United Provinces of the Rio de la Plata. On the back of the 155 x 65 mm paper banknote are the Monumento a la Bandera or the Monument of the Flag, a drum and laurels which represent drummer boy Pedro Rios, and the national emblem. The Argentina 10 Peso banknote has a solid security thread with demetallized BCRA $10. Another security feature of this note is its watermark which shows Manuel Belgrano and an electrotype MB.
