The Argentina 200 Pesos is part of the family of banknotes issued in 2016 which highlights Argentine fauna and their homes. This particular note is in uncirculated condition and has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Its obverse which is in vertical orientation features the Southern right whale and a coral. It also has a silhouette of a whale with a latent image RA and a whale tail as its registration device. The back side of the note features a map of the Argentine Sea, Antarctica, and South Atlantic Islands. It also bears flowers, a baby whale, sea grass, a compass rose, and the Coat of Arms of Argentina. The 155 x 65 mm paper bill has a color-changing windowed security thread with a demetallized 200. It also has a watermark which consists of a Breeching whale and an electrotype 200.
