Argentina 500 Australes Banknote, 1988-1990 ND, P-328b, UNC

The Argentina 500 Austral banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 1988 bearing a design that was first made specifically for the austral currency. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition. On its obverse is a portrait of Nicolas Avellaneda who was the 8th president of the country. The reverse side of the banknote features a seated Liberty with a shield, raising a torch and surrounded with flowers. Furthermore, the countrys emblem is shown. This 155 x 65 mm paper bill has a lithographed back and has a sunburst pattern as its watermark.
