Argentina 500 Pesos Banknote, 2016 ND, P-365a.1, UNC, Suffix E

The Argentina 500 Pesos Banknote from 2016 is part of the 2016-2018 series. Its obverse side features a jaguar, leaves, flowers, paw print as registration device, the silhouette of a jaguar with latent image RA, and the denomination in green-to-blue SPARK. The reverse side features a jaguar cub and adult running through the forest, a compass rose, flowers, the coat of arms of Argentina, and the countrys map highlighting the Northeast region. The note is 155 x 65 mm in size and is equipped with a 4-mm wide green-to-blue Rolling Star Cube windowed security thread with demetalized 500 BCRA, to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would show a watermark image of a Jaguar head and electrotype 500.
