Reviews:

The Australia 1 dollar banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Australia in 1983. The obverse features the Coat of Arms of Australia and Douglas Glass’s photo of Queen Elizabeth II wearing robes of the Order of the Garter, Queen Alexandra’s cluster earrings, and Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee necklace. The back of the banknote showcases an aboriginal artwork and bark painting by an Indigenous Australian Yolngu artist David Malangi. This 140 x 70 mm banknote has a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals British explorer Captain James Cook. It is also signed by Alan Johnston and John Stone. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
