Reviews:

The Australia 1 dollar banknote is part of the 1983 series. It has the country name Australia instead of the Commonwealth of Australia. Centered on the obverse is the Coat of Arms of Australia. It also features Douglas Glass photo of Queen Elizabeth II wearing robes of the Order of the Garter, Queen Alexandras cluster earrings, and Queen Victorias Golden Jubilee necklace. The back of the banknote showcases an aboriginal artwork and bark painting by an Indigenous Australian Yolngu artist David Malangi. This 140 x 70 mm banknote has a solid security thread and a watermark of British explorer Captain James Cook.
