This uncirculated 100 Australian dollar banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of Australia. It is a green, orange, and yellow polymer banknote that is dated 2014, bears the signatures of Glenn Robert Stevens and Martin Parkinson, and measures 158 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features the interior of Her Majesty’s Theatre in Sydney, a monogram from the 1902 Melba Australian Concert Tour program, a lyrebird, and the portrait and signature of Nellie Melba. Its reverse side shows World War I soldiers on horseback, a lyrebird, the Rising Sun badge, the batteries of the 2nd Australian Division attacking the Hindenburg Line, and a portrait of John Monash. Because the note is made of polymer, it does not have a security thread. However, the note has a shadow image that shows the national emblem.
