This used 1 Austrian krone banknote is a standard banknote introduced by the Austria-Hungary Bank in 1919. It is a red and black banknote that is dated 1 December 1916, bear the signatures of Otto Wolfrum, Alexander Popovics, and Friedrich von Dasatiel-Schmid, and measures 113 mm x 69 mm. Its obverse side shows the Austrian coat of arms, the Hungarian coat of arms, a head of an allegorical woman flanking a caduceus, and a black DEUTSCHOSTERREICH overprint. Its reverse side depicts the denomination in 8 languages, a helmeted warrior head, and quills in a crown. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark.
