Austria 10 Kronen Banknote, 1919, P-51a.1, UNC

The Austria 10 Kroner is part of the 1919 Provisional Issues released by Astro-Hungarian Bank with a pick number P-51a.1. The obverse of the note is in German text and bears a red DEUTSCHOSTERREICH overprint. The Coat of Arms of Austria and the denomination in 8 different languages are also shown on the front of the note. Furthermore, a young boys face is featured on the bottom center. The reverse comes in Hungarian text and depicts the Hungarian emblem on the left. On the right is the head of a young man. The banknote is 150 x 80 mm in size and carries a watermark that reflects a red X in a lattice pattern. This particular Austria 10 Kroner is in uncirculated condition.
