The Austria 10 Heller with a pick number P-S119a was released by the Federal State of Oberosterreich or Upper Austria in 1921 in place of coins which became scarce after World War I. The local banknote is printed in red and is composed of paper. On its obverse is a depiction of the city of Linz while the back of the note is blank. It is 70 x 45 mm in size. This Austria 10 Heller banknote is in uncirculated condition.
