The Azerbaijan 1 Manat Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan in 2017. The bray banknote features Azerbaijan musical instruments including a tar, a kamancha, and a dar on the obverse design. It also shows musical notes and a carpet pattern in the background. The reverse depicts a map of Europe, windows, and a map of Azerbaijan. It contains a windowed security thread with demetallized text. Its watermark reflects a flame and an electrotype 1. It is 120 x 170 mm in size and is signed by Elman Rustamov. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
