Azerbaijan 1 Manat Banknote, 2017, P-31b, UNC

Part of the first series of banknotes issued by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani manat banknote is a gray paper note that measures 120 mm long and 70 mm wide. The obverse side has a musical theme, with the G-clef and Azerbaijani instrumentsthe tar, the kamancha, and the dafhighlighted in its design. The reverse side of the note has the map of Europe and Azerbaijan, and stylized windows as its design. The note has a windowed security thread with a demetalized text of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the denomination in Azeri. The note has a flame watermark and an electrotyped 1 watermark.
