Its obverse side contains straw baskets, English text, a map of the Bahamas, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a tiara and the royal family order of King George VI. Its reverse side features Sister Sarah Johnson in the Nassau market and the national emblem. Security features of the note include a sand dollar registration device, a windowed security thread with demetalized BAHAMAS, and a Spanish galleon watermark. Its dimensions are 156 mm by 67 mm.
