The Bahamas 1 Dollar Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Bahamas in 2002. The obverse of this green banknote features Queen Elizabeth II wearing Grand Duchess Vladimir’s tiara and Queen Victoria’s golden jubilee necklace. The reverse depicts a conch shell, a police band, and the coat of arms of the Bahamas. The note contains a windowed security thread with demetallized BAHAMAS. It also has a watermark that reveals a Spanish galleon. The banknote is 156 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Julian W. Francis. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
