The Bahamas 3 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Bahamas in 1984 under the 1974 law. The carmine banknote bears English text. The obverse features a young Queen Elizabeth II wearing Queen Victoria's golden jubilee necklace and Grand Duchess Vladimir's tiara. It also shows Paradise Beach on Paradise Island and the map of the Bahamas. The back features a Family Island regatta with four boats, a Bahamian sloop, and the Bahamian coat of arms. The note has a solid security thread and a watermark of a Spanish galleon. The banknote is 156 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Governor William Clifford Allen. This particular banknote bears a radar serial number and is in uncirculated condition. Additionally, it has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
