This Bahamas 50 Dollar banknote is part of the Central Bank of the Bahamas 2012 issues. The obverse of the note features Roland T. Symonette who was the first Premier of the Bahamas. It also features a gold foil bird and a map of the Bahamas. The reverse of the note depicts the Central Bank headquarters building in Nassau with flags and palm trees. The coat of arms of the country is also shown. The banknote comes with a solid security thread and a 3-mm windowed security thread with a demetallized BAHAMAS. It is also equipped with a watermark that reveals Roland T. Symonette and an electrotype 50. The banknote is 156 x 67 mm in size and bears the signature of Wendy Craigg. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition.
