Bahrain 1/2 Dinar Banknote, L.1973 (1986 ND), P-12, UNC

The Bahrain half dinar banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 1973 - 1986 highlighting Bahraini culture and history on its front side and modern Bahraini economy on its inverse. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition. It features a blind weaver at a loom in Bani Jamra Village Handicraft Center and the national emblem on its obverse. The reverse of the banknote depicts Aluminium Bahrain or the ALBA smelter. The paper bill which is 142 x 71 mm in size has a thin windowed security thread. It also bears the head of an Arabian oryx as its watermark.
