The Bahrain 1 Dinar is part of the family of banknotes issued in 2008 with a pick number P-26. This 40-piece uncut sheet comes with a low serial number that ends with 01. It is in uncirculated condition and is arranged 8 x 5. The obverse side of the Bahrain 1 Dinar note features the Al Hedaya Al Khalifiya school building which is the first school in Bahrain. The back of the banknote depicts the Sail and Pearl Monument towering in Manama City and five galloping Arabian horses. The 154 x 74 mm paper banknote has a windowed green-to-red StarChrome security thread with a demetallized CBB. It also has a watermark reflecting a portrait of King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa with an electrotype ONE and the denomination in Arabic character.
