The Bahrain 1 Dinar is part of the family of notes issued in 2006 -2008. This particular banknote has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Its obverse depicts the Al Hedaya Al Khalifiya school building which is the first school in Bahrain. On the left of the reverse of the banknote is the Sail and Pearl monument found in Manama. On its right are five galloping Arabian horses. The 154 x 74 mm paper bill has a windowed green-to-red StarChrome security thread with a demetallized CBB. It also has a watermark that reflects King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa with an electrotype ONE and the value printed in Arabic.
