This uncirculated 50 Bangladeshi taka banknote is a specimen banknote issued by the Bangladesh Bank. It is a red and brown banknote that is dated 2017, bears the signature of Fazle Kabir, and measures 130 mm x 60 mm. Its obverse side shows a portrait of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, a diagonal red hollow SPECIMEN stamp, and the National Martyr’s Monument in Savar. Its reverse side depicts the “Ploughing” painting by Shilpacharya Jainul Abedin and the bank logo. Security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized bank logo and Bengali text, an all-zero serial number, and a watermark of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on a pixelated background and an electrotype bank logo and 50.
