This uncirculated 50 Bangladeshi taka note is a commemorative banknote issued by Bangladesh Bank to commemorate the inauguration of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Tunnel. It is a yellow, purple, orange, green, and brown note that is dated 28 October 2023, bears the signature of Abdur Rouf Talukder, and measures 130 x 60 mm. Its obverse side features Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Tunnel entrance. Its reverse side shows Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Tunnel interior and a bank logo. Security features include a 2-mm wide windowed security thread with demetallized Bengali text and a watermark of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman with an electrotype 50. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
