This uncirculated 60 Bangladeshi taka banknote is a commemorative banknote issued by the Bangladesh Bank to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Language Movement in 2012. It is a yellow, brown, violet, orange, and blue note that bears the signature of Atiur Rahman and measures 130 mm x 60 mm. Its obverse side features the Martyr’s Monument of the Language Movement in Dhaka. Its reverse side depicts a flowering mango tree branch, the original Shaheed Minar monument, the bank logo, and the five veterans of the Language Movement: Abul Barkat, Abdul Jabbar, Shafiur Rahman, Rariquddin Ahmed, and Abdus Salam.
