Reviews:

The Barbados 2 Dollar banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 2013 which was the first issue after 40 years. The new banknotes from this series have vignettes related to the person depicted on the obverse. They also bear tactile marks that help the sight-impaired individuals distinguish between denominations. This particular Barbados 2 Dollar banknote is in uncirculated condition and TAP authenticated. Its obverse side features scientist and agronomist John Redman Bovell. It also shows a trident as the notes registration device, a map of Barbados, and the countrys emblem. On the reverse of the banknote is the Morgan Lewis Windmill standing in St. Andrew. The 150 x 65 mm paper bill has a windowed security thread with a negative demetallized CBB $2. Its watermark includes a portrait of John Redman Bovell and an electrotype 2.
