The Belarus 10 Rublei Banknote is part of the 2000 issues of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. This purple banknote features the National Library building in Minsk. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the denomination at the center of a rosette design. The note does not bear a security thread but has a watermark that reflects a hexagon pattern. It measures 110 x 60 mm and was printed by Goznak. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
