Customer reviews

Though the new Belarusian ruble banknotes were introduced and issued in 2016, they were printed by De La Rue in 2008 and stored in the vaults. The blue 10 ruble note is dedicated to the Vitebsk region. Its obverse side contains the image of the Transfiguration Church in Polotsk and a window. The reverse side presents a collage with the theme of enlightenment and printing: an open book, Francysk Skarynas emblem of the solar and lunar eclipse, the Cross of Saint Euphrosyne, and a full bookshelf. The notes security features are a windowed security thread with demetalized Br10, a stylized 10 registration device, and watermarks of the Transfiguration Church and Cornerstones. The note is 139 mm long and 72 mm wide.
