The Belarus 25 Rublei Banknote was issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in 2011. The brown banknote bears Belarusian text. Its obverse depicts the Republican Trade Unions’ Palace of Culture building in Minsk. The reverse depicts a detail of six men and women on a palace pediment. The banknote contains a 2-mm wide windowed thread. It also has a watermark that reveals the Palace of Culture. The banknote is 150 x 74 mm in size and has a radar serial number. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
