Reviews:

This 2011 2 Belizean dollar banknote is in uncirculated condition. It is violet, deep mauve, and blue. Its front side contains English text, the stela from Nim Li Punit in Belizes Toledo District, a school of both queen triggerfish and queen angelfish, the coat of arms of Belize, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing Queen Victorias golden jubilee necklace and Grand Duchess Vladimirs tiara. Its reverse side contains a portrait of a keel-billed toucan and a Bairds tapir in the jungle and three vignettes of Mayan ruins in Belize: the Altun Ha in Belize District, the Xunantunich in Cayo District, and the Lubaatun in Toledo District. The security features in the note include a windowed security thread with demetalized BELIZE, a carved head of a sleeping giant watermark, an electrotyped TWO watermark, and a carved Xunantunich arch registration device. The note is 140 mm wide and 70 mm long. It also bears the signatures of Central Bank of Belize governor Glenford Ysaguirre and Financial Secretary Joseph Waight.
