This particular Bermuda 50 dollars issued in 2000 comes with a low serial number. It is also given a grade of 64 by the Paper Money Guaranty. The obverse of the note displays waves design, the Commissioners House, and Queen Elizabeth II with a tiara and royal family order of King George VI. It also shows a turtle and a holographic sailing ship. On its reverse are three scuba divers exploring the shipwreck of Santa Lucia. A compass rose, a map, and the Coat of Arms are also visible on this 140 x 68 mm paper banknote. The notes security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized BERMUDA 50 and a Tuna fish image watermark. Furthermore, it carries the signatures of Bermuda Monetary Authority Deputy Chairman Darrent Johnston and Chairwoman Cheryl-Anne Lister.
