The Bhutan 100 Ngultrum Banknote was issued by the Royal Money Authority of Bhutan in 1986. It has a color combination of green and brown and bears Dzongkha and English texts. Its obverse features the royal emblem, Norbu Rimpochhe, and a portrait of the 4th king, Jigme Singye Wangchuck wearing a raven crown. The reverse depicts Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Parliament in the capital of Thimpu with dragons. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a ROYAL MONETARY AUTHORITY pattern. It is 161 x 70 mm in size and signed by Ashi Sonam Choden Wangchuk. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
