Reviews:

This uncirculated banknote is the 1 centavo de boliviano on 10,000 pesos bolivianos from Bolivia. It is part of the 1987 ND provisional series issued by the Central Bank of Bolivia that used existing stocks of old notes. These old notes had overprints of the new value to aid in the transition from peso boliviano to boliviano. The note bears the date 10 DE FEBRERO DE 1984 and the signatures of Bank Manager Jaime Rossel Maldonado and Bank President Fernando Prado Gauchalla. It has purple, blue, green, and orange colors. Its obverse side features Andres de Santa Cruz, the 7th president of Bolivia. Its reverse side contains the UN CENTAVO/DE BOLIVIANO/c.1 overprint and a depiction of the Legislative Palace building in La Paz. Security features of the note include a solid security thread with printed BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA and a watermark of Andres de Santa Cruz. Its dimensions are 158 mm by 96 mm. The note was printed by Bundesdruckerei.
