This uncirculated 1 centavo de Boliviano on a 10,000 peso Boliviano banknote is a provisional banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Bolivia in 1987. It is a purple banknote that is dated 10 February 1984, bear the signatures of President Fernando Prado Guachalla and General Manager Jaime Rossel, and measures 158 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the Bolivian coat of arms and the portrait of Andres de Santa Cruz, the 6th president of Bolivia and the Supreme Protector of the Peru-Bolivian Confederation. Its reverse side contains a view of the Legislative Palace, a 1 centavo de Boliviano overprint on the right, and a 5 centavo de Boliviano overprint error on the left. Security features include a solid security thread with printed BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA and a watermark of Andres de Santa Cruz.
