This uncirculated brown, blue, and pink 10 Boliviano centavo banknote is part of the provisional series of notes issued during the transition from peso boliviano to boliviano. The Central Bank of Bolivia used existing stocks of the previous family of notes and had the new value overprinted in lithography on the back, and this note used an existing 100,000 peso boliviano banknote. Its obverse side features the head of Mercury, the bank monogram, and a rectangular frame with guilloches. Its reverse side shows the lithographed overprint and the bank monogram pattern. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a CASA DA MOEDA DO BRASIL pattern watermark. Its dimensions are 158 mm by 66 mm.
