Brazil 1,000 Cruzeiros Banknote, 1981-1986 ND, P-201c, UNC

This uncirculated 1,000 Brazilian cruzeiro banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Brazil in 1985. It is a brown, green, orange, tan, purple, and blue banknote that bears the signatures of Francisco Oswaldo Neves Dornelles and Antonio Carlos Braga Lemgruber, and measures. Its obverse side features an inverted mirror image of the diplomat Barao Do Rio Branco (Baron of Rio Branco, Jose Maria da Silva Paranhos Jr.). Its reverse side depicts an inverted mirror image of a topographical map and a surveyor’s transit. Though the banknote does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Barao Do Rio Branco. Thebank note was withdrawn in 1989.
